That's what Letterly offers: minimal preparation content, AI feedback on your communication, and the option to pay for a live human practice session designed specifically for workplace communication.
Note: This user story represents the primary MVP audience (non-English speakers at U.S. companies) selected through pre-MVP validation. The same flow applies to early-stage startup founders preparing for pitching and fundraising, with scenarios tailored to their specific use case.
How It Works
1. Encounter Minimal Content
You access minimal preparation content designed to frame your workplace communication scenario—whether that's a team meeting, presentation, or difficult conversation.
2. Recognize a Gap or Uncertainty
After reviewing the content and practicing, you recognize a gap or uncertainty in your communication. You receive AI feedback (even basic) that helps you understand what's working and what to improve.
3. Choose to Pay for Live Human Practice
You choose to schedule a live human practice session. You use your tokens (received 100 on signup, plus tokens earned from practice) to book the session. If you need more tokens, you can purchase them easily.
4. Complete the Session and Reflect
You complete the practice session with a human coach focused on your professional outcome. You receive feedback and reflect on its value. The story ends here—this is a test of one behavior, not a tour of a platform.
